The experiment was conducted from clonal minijardim, inserted in environments with natural light intensity and 50% of light intensity, composed of 280 cm3 tubs placed in metal trays at 50 cm from the ground, which were, the substrate filled with the commercial substrate composed of sphagnum moss peat, vermiculite, agroindustrial organic waste class A and limestone. The clonal mini-plant received weekly fertigation with a volume of 30 mL minicepa-1 of nutrient solution composed of 1.3 g L-1 MAP (12-61-00), 0.5 g L-1 FTE BR 10 [7% Zn, 4% Fe, 4% Mn, 0.1% Mo, 2.5% B, 0.8% Cu], and 3 g L-1 potassium chloride), and different doses of nitrogen (N) (0, 2.4, 6, 8, and 10 grams). The minijardim clonal was implemented according to an entirely randomized design, in a model of subdivided plots, with 4 repetitions of 5 minipigs per experimental unit, totaling 20 minipigs per treatment. The plots were constituted by the selective collections, and the subplots constituted by the shading intensities and the subplots constituted by the nitrogen doses. The collection of cuttings was performed at variable intervals of 30 days. Mini cuttings were prepared with 6±1 cm in length and an average diameter around 0.2±0.1 cm, keeping two pairs of leaves reduced to 50% of their original surface. Planting was performed in polypropylene tubes with a volume of 55 cm3 filled with commercial Carolina Soil® substrate to a depth of 2 cm, and then placed in a greenhouse. After 60 days of installation, the following variables were evaluated: rooting percentage; number of roots per cutting; length of the three largest roots per cutting (cm); percentage of cuttings with callus; percentage of cuttings with roots and callus; percentage of survival; percentage of mortality; percentage of shoot emission and maintenance of original leaves in the cuttings and productivity was defined by the ratio of cuttings/ minipot/ collection. For V. cv biloxi the shaded environment was favorable for rooting, average length of the three largest roots and roots with callus presence. In an environment with natural light intensity it was observed a positive effect on productivity, number of roots in the dose 0.0 g/L of urea, callus formation and leaf maintenance in the doses 2.0; 4.0 and 6.0 g of urea and in the shoot emission in the doses 2.0 and 6.0 g of urea. The rooting, average length of the three largest roots, root and callus, environment with 50% intensity. The foliar NPK concentrations were influenced by the natural light intensity environment with the highest medians for phosphorus (1.75) and potassium (9.52). The saturation point was 600 nm, but nutrition reduced the effects caused by excess light.pt_BR
